Making love through a series of gestures,
yes..at best, making love.
By pictures and magnets,
through cellars and wind chimes..
And the space between your mind,
defragmented...defragmentation...
Bruises cover our bodies,
our eyes peer out of an endless tunnel..
we are here, we are now...
If Only..
Eyes To The Mirror,
Outstretched Pale Face...
Reaches Like A Hand,
To Some Unknown Place..
these eyes, those eyes..
(EYE KEEP COMING BACK TO THE I)
The young face...frail.
now appears captured (captive).. HELD
But from where,
HELD.
You grab me, pull me..
tell me we must pursue the chance ;
constant..
by the M O S T ..
we are motion..
swaying in whichever direction our souls push..
S.W.A.Y. S.W.A.Y...
please stay, please stay..
I dont believe a lily will ever grow from the space
where you used to lay..
(And Watch Those Stars, Those Perfect Stars..Rise)
No, no more will grow,
the land of our heart...deadened..
Our Soil.. deafened..
Numbed,
NUMBING..
Baby, You numb me.. you show me i'm not real,
that i'm a part of your center..
of your brain diverged.
emerged...perverse..
We will show eachother how much we mean,
the love pours out of my mouth , as the drip of
a cracked
glass...
offering up the smallest of the..
SUN...

I wish I could be in a state of mind that allows me more complex comments but I couldn't ignore the desolate atmosphere that resides into this one, the regret mixed with hope all contained into an inspired surrounding melancholy. Well done.

nice use of assonance. there's a suggestion of internal rhyme to this (which I enjoy reading/using). sublte with a deeper meaning that leaves room for thought.
