Creeping Myrtle
to share in my pain
Our love has gone
And I disdain
Like the heart, beats now out at sea
guide the youth and bring him back to me
In Aphrodite hands
in frolic and lust
I did give to him
and he had my trust
My heart brings me woe
Oh tragedy do not bestow
Waters take him not from me
He is everything I need
