Oh treacherous heart
Oh vile vessel
Pumping organ that outputs evil emotions from me
My weakness is mine sinister heart
It must smile in glee at my folly
Attaching smiles to desire
Weaving my dreams into my tragedy's
Playing with my strings
my puppet master
How can something of your own body betray you so?
I picture it rubbing it's hands together
dancing in the music of my agony
Heartbreak on par with my sexual appetite
I want it but my bleeding heart rips tears from my eyes
Why taunt me so!
A touch!
Oh evil heart to let me want pleasure only to serve me pain
A stroke!
Your touch is fire in my blood, heat in my loins, I can't!
I know the pain will scar my soul, thrashing me into ribbons
A teardrop falls upon my velvet cheek
No
I mustn't
I know my limits
It hurts now to deny
But I will remain whole in the morning
I will not let it win
I will not be half a person for my hearts enjoyment.
I will live without for eternity
I will.....I will not... I can......not .....love
