That metallic taste
that burns your tongue
the arms of the one you love

The bite of teeth
On tender cheek
Not intended for the meek

~*~
one darkened night
a lovers fight
a brief prelude
to an angry bruise
~*~

Scratching of nails
On milky skin
lines of angry red again

knawing on lip
tearing your eyes
leaves you to shaking your thighs

~*~
Taste of blood
The taste of fear
Taste despair
The taste of sex in the air
~*~

Knife's small kiss
on laid out arm
Little rose blooms of charm

pains treasure troove
liquid hot guilt
reasons to drive home the hilt
