In your loving arms, in your gentle embrace
can you hear how well my heart does race
The beatings of a humming birds wing
Have not the speed and glory that mine sing

In all the times I've cried
you have been by my side
the comfort to care
A reason to breathe this air

You never chase me away
you hold me close and more special then the day
If ever I worried you would shake it out
You have taught me never to surrender, never to doubt

in our breath
you draw the hearts
and in the night
the star counting starts

You say to me you love me most
Always the one ready to boast
I hold the light but you hold the key
And in the dark you can always find me

Hide and seek
your always the king
But I reign supreme
when the bed becomes a ring

If there ever was a tomorrow
you would be that for me
And we would have that day also
And live that day in perfect harmony

Your eyes say mine sparkle
your lips tell me I'm delicious
Your nose says my skin is soft
your skin says I'm vicious

When this day burns out and turns into a new
You'll love me the same as you use to
I hope that when the sun rises we'll do it again
And live like the new day will never have to end
