the day is long, the night so new
glistening tear drops don't have much to do
And in all the time I've missed you my dear
You never remembered the things you should fear

The times when I said "I'll make you regret it"
The times I screamed "don't ever forget it"
You left your mark on my heart and my skin
And you didn't think twice when you hit me again

I could beat you so hard you'd never remember
All the guilty pleasure you would make me surrender
These tear will be like my ammo, this fists my gun
You weren't scared of me before, but you may want to run

I'll beat you so hard that I'll forget all about you
Your name, where your from and what you like to do
Your someone no one will want, like you made me feel
And stains on my soul may, for once, get to heal

I may feel nothing,
not an ache,
not a moan
And while your squirming and bleeding,
I'll throw you a bone
more than you would have done for me,
I tell you what,

I almost believed,

your lies,
your fears,
those things that passed from your lips
and now that I know, it doesn't change things a bit
