The taste of you is in the air
So bitter, so musty, I barely can detect
That you once were something
A real breathing figure
Not just another figment of my imagination

It’s odd you know
You’ve moved on time and again
But why haven’t I?
Budged from this spot
Maybe it’s that I’d
Like to believe
That you really are
Just like me
You might have thought that you’ve moved on
But you’re really just avoiding the memories

The feel of you is on my lips
So cold, so old, I vaguely recall
That you meant so much and claimed I did to
But then why is that I only remember you?
And you could careless

It’s odd to think
That after all this time
I still want to call
And I still long to cry
The tears I never could
The tears that never would
Fall like they should have
So long ago
And you only think that she’s better than me
Since we’re obviously not headed anywhere soon

quite the unbridaled spirit and fire that burns there inside you....you're passion will help and will be well worth the pain.
