I met you one lonely night
We must've talked for hours on that bed
Then you kissed me oh so light
On my pale white forehead

I hate to watch you walk away
Knowing it's goodbye
I can't express what I want to say
When I look into your eyes

No matter what you do or say
I can't help but smile
You brighten every single day
Just by being near me for a while

I tend to lose all thought
When you step into my sight
Boy I really have been caught
Ever since that night
