You won’t leave
You shouldn't be here
But I don't want you to go.
You taunt, tempt, tantalize
And bring me to the edge

Paralysis

I suppress you
But you summon me
Over and over
Obsessively
My door is unlocked
And you enter at will
But you never stay.

Untouchable
My hands shake with unrest
And restlessness
I won’t let them act
I won’t let them.

You let me get so close
I could devour you
But I can hardly get a taste
And maybe that’s why you’re so delicious to me.

Relentless
Your eyes beckon
But your words betray
I can’t trust myself
So I shy away.
