My dear freind
do you not know
That I care not
about what
others may say

But I do
care about
your hopes
your dreams
Your desires

I too have walked
the path
of rejection

to feel
that all have
abandoned you

In your darkest hour

But know this

when you find
yourself
back in that
demon haunted world

You will see me
standing at the gate

bloodied blade
in my hand

And the
lifeless bodies
of those
who would have
risen against you

lying at my feet
