The raging emotional tempest
Rampant upon fragile senses,
Breaks through crumbling armor
Of your infantile defenses.

The ever-fixated paradigm,
The festering nidus of rejection,
Ingrained upon the soul
Helplessness to perfection.

The automaton walks on
Enraged but perpetually frail,
When all you have is a hammer
You treat everything like a nail…
