Words have betrayed me -
Severing the rusty shackles
Of these imprisoned thoughts,
Promenading on the crumbling bridges
Burdened with this bitter contemplation.

The pandemonium crescendos –
Breaking the fragile thread
Of my most endeared silence
Leaving the shivering naked truth
Without the sanctuary of speech.

Forsaken – in this amalgamated chaos,
Afflicted with rampant thoughts,
Choking on this putrefying elixir of rectitude
Within this plague ridden emptiness,
Words have abandoned me –

Frenzied thoughts, wail into nothingness,
Haunting, echoing, fumbling, splintering,
Between existence and extinction,
Words have left me –
Fraught and devoid, empty and insane…

your words have not failed you here...well expressed and so relatable.
