I cried last night,
Listening to words,
Music full of emotion,
Keeping dry is hard,

These blind eyes of mine,
Are just a picture of tears,
Concealed within my eyes,
Are dreams of all my fears;
Can't hide no more,
Bursting out in waves,
All my sadness revealed,
Etched in the face of slaves;

Sleeping is harder,
Can't do it any more,
I'm lost in the dark,
Under my blanket it's dark,

These blind eyes of mine,
Are just a picture of tears,
Concealed within my eyes,
Are dreams of all my fears;
Can't hide no more,
Bursting out in waves,
All my sadness revealed,
Etched in the face of slaves;

Destined to be chained,
Destined to relive,
All the pain inside,
Locked away for years,

These blind eyes of mine,
Are just a picture of tears,
Concealed within my eyes,
Are dreams of all my fears;
Can't hide no more,
Bursting out in waves,
All my sadness revealed,
Etched in the face of slaves;

You seem so pretty,
But in your eyes,
I'm not;
Music sings to me,
Communicate with my soul,
I'm shot;
No need to cry again,
I'm pretty in red,
Oh god;
The pain feels good,
But it hurts aswell,
Stay bright;

These blind eyes of mine,
Are just a picture of tears,
Concealed within my eyes,
Are dreams of all my fears;
Can't hide no more,
Bursting out in waves,
All my sadness revealed,
Etched in the face of slaves;

These blind eyes,
Can't cry no more,
Your loving eyes,
Won't cry no more;

These blind eyes of mine,
Are just a picture of tears,
Concealed within my eyes,
Are dreams of all my fears;
Can't hide no more,
Bursting out in waves,
All my sadness revealed,
Etched in the face of slaves;

(...in the face of slaves.)
