I have to turn away,
The edge is not safe today,
I don't believe it's fate,
That brought me here today,
I gotta turn away;

I held my hand upon my chest,
To feel my heart beat slowly,
As I relax and feel calm,
Listening to the oceans song,
I realise I'm dancing on the edge,
Without fear in my heart,
And damning thoughts,
Pulling the waves,
Making them play their inspiring tune,
Upon the sandy bay;

Now I question,
Is this me?
Is this who I am?
Am I really here,
Or is this just another setup?
I'm waiting to fall;

I always do.
