What is there to say to you, sister?
I never thought you'd pay such attention to his actions;
the way they hurt you,
memorizing the path of every faultiline
enough to immitate them in perfect mockery

My big sister:
You seem so small behind those iron bars
Although, there you are more than you've ever been.
Or do I just want to believe?
Maybe now you need the duct tape
you drew upon our fathers' portrait, then
Not to seal you from sexual violation
but from rape of a person by their past

Each line...like being held by the shirt and being slammed from wall to wall...I don't often pray for a poem to let go of me...but I lost alot of blood tonight.Jagged purity.
