"All your lies weren't enough to keep me here." -GGD

you pollute my
blood,
as if i chose the wrong
needle.

Threaded with a
misdeamenor and
too many prayers
to keep them
Holy.

Will, you save
me over and over,
given Sanctuary
by your
  mouth to mouth
recitations.

spoken like a
True God.

Raining
down your
anger upon my
open, wanting
ears.

singing my eyes
with tears of fire
and flame.

The ashes cover
my skin and i am
comfortable in my
disguise.

escaping
what you tried so
hard to make my
captor.
