as the glass
that cuts and
slivers my skin
imperceptibly

much like how
you wound me-
a slight remark
my only retaliation

i am the chosen Target
for your practice;
thank yourself for
your fuck-ups,
subconsciously,
you don't want me to

Go before you,
on the quest for eternal
living.
My unconditional spirit
wonders why she is
still

forgiving you
when you walk away
from me, who is
profusely bleeding

as a result of
your complex wounds

Manifested as a source
of strength
and the rush a thing;
As if to feed off of
