take my confusion
with a grain of
sugar

  sweeten your lies
with a smile to
show how
you appreciate my
Naivete

wear my
veil of fears
while i mourn
  my death

show-off how
you flawlessly convince
me to commit
  "Revolutionary Suicide"
  by loving you
  more than me

Your talents
of spinning negatives
  oh so Translucent
catch me everywhere

  take me as i am,
refuse another to
make it bearable for you,

how selfishly you
act, not wanting me to
touch you-

only a superficial
touch of lies, a swift intake of smoke
and then the worshipped release will

soothe you
because i am
unable to

offer you
Escape.
