A child's innocence lost at age 6
Tortured by a secret for years
No way for her life to be fixed
She remembers all her fears
Cuddled up on the bed
Hoping he'll just walk past
Another night that will never mend
Wishing he'd leave at last
He watches and stares
She tries to make believe it all away
Wondering if anyone cares
Her body glowing with dismay
This night will be engraved in her mind forever
Closing her eyes praying in mind
Her heart beat grows louder
He has nothing in mind thats kind
She feels him moving slowly towards her
His hand begins sliding up her legs
She tries to look away
He grabs her face and kisses her lips
Her body wishing for it to be day
Closing her eyes once more
Wishing she could speak
Her soul becoming sore
Wishing she could disappear
To afraid to open her eyes
As her body's frozen in fear
Her soul slowly begins to die
Being torn from the inside
When he's through he leaves
She has thoughts overwhelming in mind
Trying to stand shes become weak in the knees
Collapsing on the floor
Her face drowning in tears
Wishing for no more
Things go on for years
Todays present day
Her minds become tainted
She's slipping further away
Her memories still freshly engraved
Sitting in her corner
She's never going to mend
Becoming more of a loner
Just waiting for the end...
