Staring in the mirror
The face I see is not my own
As I look closer
She looks so alone
Her eyes filled with pain
As I look in to her soul
Her childhood was not vain
She has no control
Her eyes have become so cold
She holds a secret no one knows
As she stares back she seems to grow old
Her lips as red as a rose
They seem to quiver
Her face tells a story
Of a girl lost in her past forever
She has no glory
Forever to be lonely
She's filled with such dismay
Thinking if only, if only...
As she slowly fades away
