around and around she goes in an endless cycle of broken promises and truths left untold. farther and farther into the rabbit hole she falls without a bottom in sight. crystalline blue eyes searching for the answers to her problems in a mirror with a reflection belonging to someone else. dreams shattering into a million different pieces as the mirror and her fist become friends.

we'll play make believe, my darling, and i'll say everything is okay when you're the farthest from okay i've ever been. then you'll complain that i'm making no sense when my point is perfectly clear.

the numbness breaks away and she realizes she's never been okay.

there's no use in playing make believe, dear girl. this reality stings deeper than your games can reach.

I absolutely loved this. It flowed like a song and I really enjoyed it. It might make it easier on the eyes if you spaced out the first little thing a bit though. At any rate, It was glorious. Great job. -Glass
