Always I see you,
I see you loving me,
Holding me close
Never to let me go,
Kissing me
With a lover's passion
Loving me with all your heart,
But then I awaken to this harsh reality,
And another broken heart,
And soon I see you leaving me,
It's cold outside your embrace,
You kiss me goodbye, cold, and unloving,
As tear's run down my face,
You tried to tell me
But your words fell silent,
As I hear nothing but enraged screams,
You tried to tell me
How you felt,
But it wasn't that important it seems,
Only to make me,
Hate you more,
I could have loved you,
You could have listened,
Instead of saying nothing,
But you were completely afraid
of what happiness love might bring,
But now you'll finally understand
As I twist the blade in your flesh,
That I really do hate you,
Nothing more, nothing less,
Who would have thought?
I actually knew how I felt,
I didn't need to be told,
Especially by a love
I knew wasn't true
As the anger rises,
I feel no remorse,
For what I have done,
