I cry because..
the world is so cold
that people turn their backs
with no comfort to hold
For people look down
on the one's who are crying
forever in torment
they lay broken and dying..

I cry because..
These scars will not heal,
But in this life
it seems that pain
is the only thing thats real
To leave me numb
Something love cannot cure
Nor any medications
for the hate that's endured

I cry because..
I'm filled with agony
with my love miles away
nothing left but memories,
Because this life is not
a perfect one,
As the tears turn
to shards
of a life that has not
yet begun..
