Mistakes are sly,
Never really making themselves
Known....
Until later,
Perhaps
Too late.

Like the recurring dream,
Real yet,
Untouchable.
Frauds committed
Heal slow
In the tender penetrated spots,
Of those wounded.

We'd like to cut out
Our tongues.
However,
Apology
Would then be,
Impossible.

This is awesome - truthful, honest and beautifully written. Like facing something you thought was buried somewhere deep inside you. Truly great.
