The only way to dispel a curse, he knew
Was to defeat it
To break it
To prove it to be what it was
Nonsense

Break the curse by rebuking it
Commanding it to be null and void
Spiritually pour out precious blood over it
Because they have no power over it
Believe that faith has done the work
And the curse is now broken

Ask the universe to cover you in white light
To protect you from evil
Then ask to be centered in a diamond
To reflect any negative thoughts or actions
That may come your way
Do it every morning you wake up
And you will be safe for the day

I have seen the Fountain of Light
To break this curse this is what I write

Reflect bad intents
Neutralize what's sent

As I mount these reflective shields
Keep at bay those thoughts concealed
If those be for good or ill
Shatter and neutralize into the Earth
Out of mind and out of sight
May all astrological and Earthly alignments be right
With harm to none this spell is complete
With safety to all

Nasty critters
Heed these words
Fly far away
Fly like a bird
Hear me well

This sacred land

Mother Earth I ask you for nurture and protection

But felt like I was supposed to smile
And pretend the injury never happened

Instead of bottling up the pain
And bringing it out for inspection
When I was alone and could rage silently
This gave me permission to let the pain out
To feel it and know it was real and then let it go

Someone else acknowledged that I was wronged
And that I was hurting
Sometimes that’s enough to give me the strength to go on
