there's too many thoughts to keep in my head.

Songs unsung.

Time undone.

Unraveling the threads best left hidden,

In lost folds of the blanket of my mind.

Swimming through the murky depths.....

Surfacing to see you there...

Lines and curves in such illicit forms

Rising and falling

As shadows along the wall.

Trace the sleep from your eyes,

The calm in your soul.

Try to reach out and touch

That fleeting

Sensation

Always within reach.

A graze of fingertips

Sent as

pulses

flashes

Lingering...

PAUSE

Lightning bolts

Dancing over closed eyes,

Such power that I would blind you

With the fury of my

*LIGHT*

If only so you could feel

The heat of my touch

The catch of my breath

As I watched you

Slipping through time,

An idle vessel of humanity,

With no other thoughts,

Shed of sight,

To dull the exquisite

Drag of nails

.Softly.

.Smoothly.

Over your shape.

Singing gently

my words,

Rushing from my fingertips

Past your flesh

And beyond your soul

An elemental caress of all that you are.

I adore the last line. Mind-raveling. You're a sensation.
