You said you saw forever in my eyes,
lucky for me I saw the lies in yours.
But here I sit, still waiting for you.
Waiting.
Blood and tears, my only reminders that you still exist.
The only thing to remind me of what you've put me through.
But here i sit, still waiting for you.
Waiting.
Longing for you, needing the pain that you give to me.
Screaming for just one more day.
I felt this way once before, for someone you have no desire to be.
But here I sit, still waiting for you.
Waiting.
Just like always

love the contrast in your first two lines. very witty, and still laced with longing.
