there are no wings here anymore
slowly fading they didnt fit anyway
and i'm all too real to be anything
close to celestial or something seraphic
too many tears spill way too easily too often
every battle blindly fighting and just when i think i'm ahead
i realize the clouds somehow got stuck in my eyes again
and there is no victory in lost daydreams
it's all too real and so am i
it's all so hard and i'm too soft
left to wonder
if i ever really flew
in the first place
or just rose
from a puddle
of sadness

Everyone already said whatever I could say. I hold this piece carefully, because, though fragile, it's volitile and If taken too lightly, It might just blow up and I'd be a pile of ashes, still in awe.

Too soft? If that were true we wouldn't read of these beautiful feelings posted upon a screen. Doe, the clouds only hinder you, it's up to you to hop on them and hitch a ride or stay put. I see a woman upon clouds, not beneath them. Awesome. Julia~

this piece is heartshattering, tearing...painfully beautiful, delicately strong...so much you speak of evokes such emotion(s) within...you are a gift, whether you feel your wings or not, you fly...within the arms of succh grace...

you warm ice over, and rivers are borne...you .are. sunshine encompassing rainbows throughout thundrous storms...whispering rhythmic.wonderment through solitudes echo, the fire in the flame...

*sees wonderous wings of a goddess far above the puddles of average mortals* you will always be victorious because you forever touch the hearts and souls of us dampened puddle dwellers with soaring tenderness and down caresses that can not be found withou

It is too painful to read such beauty eating itself...*goes to read of dragonflies and whispering hummingbirds, of the most hopeful and the most uplifting, of the strength of love that prevails through bittersweet tears* *bows deeply with respect and appr
