contemplating interpretations
self perceptions contrasting
spinning impassioned and juxtaposed
datura and honeysuckle
twining about a copper bowl
with platinum dreams
.quiet.
scorched by the sun
washed in the rain
attempting to breathe in
every last wonder
of everything
hoping to be
a bit more
something
.still.
nothing more
than an echo
against the sky
a feather
drifting among stars
floating between clouds
.wishing.
through
twilight
to rest
dreaming
upon the moon
with quiet mornings
in open palms
.hidden.
