Setting eyes upon a beautiful disaster
but too blind to see the truth
another dose of what would surely kill me faster
insecurity in youth

(chorus)
well how could it be so wrong if it feels oh so right?
and I'd never be alone with your arms open wide
and I could never falter with you by my side
so why must your kiss of death become my suicide?

Waking up next to the world's only angel
hidden by her great deceit
drawing blood from a stone cindered evil
denial aids my defeat

(chorus)
well how could it be so wrong if it feels oh so right?
and I'd never be alone with your arms open wide
and I could never falter with you by my side
so why must your kiss of death become my suicide?

(bridge)
in one moment I opened my eyes
in that moment I realize...

You came around when there was nothing to hold
Sinking your fangs deep into my veins
Leaving your mark for all to see
Holding me down with your fucking chains

Hypnotize the weak!!
Take their innocence!!
Draining them of life!!
Stay away from me!!

You came around when there was nothing to hold
Sinking your fangs deep into my veins
Leaving your mark for all to see
Holding me down with your fucking chains
