The painter and the poet
*~.Winter's Kiss.~*
These Spiders Cluck Like Chickens
Table for Two
...frozen butterfly requiem dreams

clocks tick
out the sighs
...~...
walls of paper,
frames of straw
...~...
the lighters click
flames finger flies
rising mists of vapor
knock on the door

hours reflected in
kaleidoscope glass
see where you've been
are and have been
never ending hallways
leading to some other nowhere
cloned beyonds of before

minutes consumed in
mirror glint pathways
reflect what you've known
known yet not shown
the echoes of an infinity
lend voice to some other nowhere
regal silences of yester-year

trapped in an origami wonderhell
looking for the exit through
acid etched glasses of ink
a way out of the mad hatter's pocket
the only key that fits the lock
a 52 pick up pile
new cards with all the same face
needing to find the one
that hit the ground first
reverse the polarity

imbue crystal orbs with clarity
to search for stolen fragments
hidden behind frailties of framework
a way behind the cheshire cat's grin
the only lock that has no key
dominoe tessellation
alike in shape and form yet
lacking the same numbers
that were displayed last
traverse the singularity

clocks tick
out the demise
...~...
supporting paper,
arches of straw
...~...
the lighters click
flames finger fires
risen mists of vapor
and starts burning
down the door

you are so beautiful Rene, much love
