Its human nature
To disappoint
When someone
Needs it most
When the pain reaches
Down into your bones
And the marrow
Is sucked out
My parasitic thoughts
When the confusion
Takes over all
Rational thought
It wont be hard
To find
Someone to disappoint
When all you need is
A hand
To reach out
And hold you up…
You’ll find yourself
Alone
And everyone
You ask for help
Will leave you falling
Without a parachute
Or a net below

I'll go ahead and disagree with the thought that it is human nature to dissapoint others in need. That aside, it is unfortunate that you should be subjected to such low energy from people. Your pain is felt, and I do hope it recedes. ~b
