He, Who I Cannot Have

~ Savannah ~

I would hold your hand through lifetimes
I would gaze in your eyes for years
I would follow your voice into forever
Just to know that you'd be near

I would be your sunlight through your shadows
I would face your darkest weather
I would brave a million hurricanes
Just so we could be together

I would walk a blazing desert barefoot
I would smile through all my pain
I would walk another after
Just to see you once again

I would stand at Heaven's doorway, waiting
I would watch the angels pass
I would search those clouds forever
Just to be with you at last

I got this one published!!! Yay!
