Though our time apart may test my strength,
It can never touch my love.
And though you seem so far away,
You must be close enough.

You are close enough to hold my heart,
And banish all my fears.
Close enough to make me smile,
And wipe away my tears.

Too far to touch my hand sometimes,
But still you warm my skin.
I can't wait to go to sleep at night,
To see you once again.

Because you always visit in my dreams,
And you're in my head all day.
You're close enough to make me think,
You're not so far away.

Gawd....this is so how I feel about my Best Friend, Desturbing Scream, he's over an hour away, and it hurts to be away from him, it's like I'm only content with him near me, so I can totally relate to this~lAUREN
