Annah Rae

~ Savannah ~

You are my sun that shines upon me,
When I have a cloudy day.
You are my shooting star I wish on,
When I wish the world away.

You are my butterflies in January,
A stunning, gorgeous sight.
Bright color on my dull background,
A miracle in flight.

When all that is, is misery,
You somehow cause a spark.
Which turns into my flame of hope,
To guide me through the dark.

You are the reason for the breath I take,
Why I wake up every day.
You are my heart, my soul, my everything.
My precious Annah Rae.

I wrote this for my 3 year old daughter, and she is everything that I said, and more.
