Tell me all your secrets
Tell me all your dreams
Tell me all your nightmares
I'll tell you what they mean

Indulge in conversation
with a person who may hear
and understand the complex
of what blackened souls do fear

I know about the heartache
I know about the rages
I understand that letter
that you wrote on tearstained pages

You think that you are different
You think you are insane
You think that there is no one
who can understand your pain

Well empty out your mind of thoughts
no matter what they be
I swear I'll understand you
because you're just like me.
