If I paint my castle in the sky,
could I paint you with me too?
I'll paint it in the clouds so high,
no one could find me there with you.

I'll paint us happy all the time,
the world left down below.
We'll be living in my masterpiece,
and the rest will never know.

You'll be my prince of nothingness,
no need for fortune and fame.
No one to tell us how to live,
and no more childish games.

Simply me and simply you,
forever just you and I.
Forget the hurting and the pain,
there'll be no need to cry.

So I invite you to my painted castle,
I promise to make it just right.
Everything you've ever wanted,
my paint brush won't deny.
