hanging on heartstrings
the thin line that seperates both of us
i hope i could be...

walking on tenderhooks
literally inching my way towards your heart, one that's

cold. cool. frozen.
i'll start a fire, to melt your calloused heart
that had so carelessly left footprints in mine...

listen to me, i'll sing a song (a personal favorite),
if speech's impaired when i look at you
cos for you & only you alone i dedicate this rhapsody

a tainted armour, empty...

whose the knight sent to set me free?

so,

let me...

fly

break away...

to your ocean

of...

love

in my eyes this armour is tainted no more

cos of you, & you alone...

if you will only let me........
