Black skies, stormy weather, claps of thunder.
(Heard the main door opening)
Scampered to the corner of my room. Terrified.
(Footsteps approaching…”Tud, Tud, Tud”)
Buries my head into my knees
(Turning of my doorknob, another clap of thunder echoed)
Hide… I need to hide… crawls under the bed
(Fanatic smile, rubs hands in glee, lusty look)
Heart thumping wildly, prays he won’t find me
(Bed sheet flips open, light peered through. Saw my pathetic crouching body. Licks lips)
Thrash about. Twist free. To no avail.
(Drags me across the floor like a rag doll, ripping clothes)
Forces himself on me
(Ignores begs of mercy)
Bites me all over. Thrusts. Pounds on me like a beast.
(Kicks… kicks… stop kicking……..)
Dirty, stained, wasted… I wana die
(Withdraws, stood up, pulls up pants, laughs insanely, leaves)
Bleeding. Bleeding again. Left my flesh ripped. Raw. Throbbing. Pulsating.
(He closes the door softly behind him.)
Weeps. Bawls. Nothing helps.
(Enters my mother’s room to accompany his wife-to-be)
Too young to understand.i'm 12.Thought he’s supposed to be my new daddy.
(He lays again with her that night.)
My favorite bedtime story gone wrong.
(I’m red riding hood. He’s Big Bad Wolf.)
