I wept at your funeral this morning.
It was hard to believe
That you would never make me laugh again
And there would be no more impromptu plans.
I didn't get a chance
To say goodbye;
We hadn't even spoken for a long time.
You were always busy
With your new friends.
I suppose the rain kept them away today.
