Perhaps you should not have strayed from the tour,
But the stone walled cemetery was such a lure.
A strike of lightening illuminates
The pathway from the entrance gates.
A howling wind is the only sound,
As fallen branches stir all around.
A sudden thunderclap stops your heart
As you run for shelter in the downpour start.
He startles you as he suddenly appears
Will he comfort and shield or add to your fears?
His arm around you, he whisks you away,
Into a granite crypt - cold, dark and gray.
The rain beats hard on the stained glass door,
Your clothes are soaked through clear to your core.
The trees sway in silhouettes against the walls,
In the distance a solitary animal calls.
He searches a crate and holding the handles
He removes a box of burial candles.
And through the flicker of candlelight
You trace his face in the cool damp night.
In an instant he has stripped you of your clothes,
Naked before him your passion grows.
You catch your breath and in a shiver
He touches you and you begin to quiver.
You feel his lips moving up your thigh,
The pleasure and pain you can't deny
As teeth pierce soft and silky skin,
And you feel the heat rise from within.
And somewhere between the love and hate
You accept your loss in a sealed fate.
He gazes with mesmerizing eyes,
His blood stained mouth between your thighs.
You begin to feel a warming glow,
As you anticipate life you barely know.
You realize it is like nothing you've read,
As you prepare your journey into the undead.

an epic demise... perhaps a gothic, shortened version of the rape of lucrece? morbidly erotic... sombre and perfectly rhymed..... love the imagery

Alluring with it's opening darkness, it draws you into the sensations and images until you're engulfed. Dark provocative and sensual. Beautifully done.

I disagree with little... If you knew him any more I couldn't have been a fly on the wall, so to speak... a silent observer of this visual fling. perhaps I have enough imagination of my own to give him features and a persona that lure me deeper inside.

Gave me chills, in an uncomfortably arousing way.

Definately an entertaining read, but I think it would be more complete if you added more detail to the captor. Give the character a persona or perhaps just give a detailing of his face and features. Still a fun read the way it is.
