Like so many broken shards,
Into pieces, my overall state
of well being is strewn about with no regard.

The closer I come to knowing who you are,
The more distant is the incident,
The more unattainable is the star.

I lie in broken and shattered, fragments of myself Seemingly invisible on the floor,
Scattered here and there, like too many times before.
I have slipped into the marble and blended,
You wont see me anymore.

And no one will come and stitch my aura,
meld my pieces, so that I can have a chance to heal.
Helpless, heartless, and aimless, I wait
And no one comes because no one knows I am here.

I believe you still are beautiful...this is painstakingly bitter with touches of grace. Lovely write.
