If I could rip out this heart
and make you feel my pain
I might be somewhat satisfied.
If I could shake you violently
and show you how scared I am
I might feel a bit better.
If I could cry out to you
and scream our secrets
I might be able to start letting go.
If I could go back in time
and fix the mistakes I made
I might still have you.
If I could get your attention
and for once say what I feel
I might make you feel the same.
If I could some how prove to you
and show you how much I love you
I might still be alive..

I often wish I could go back in time to fix all mine, but all in all. I have no regrets, and would do it all again, especially if I learned from them.
