Emptiness traps me
Leads me into the dark
Not knowing what is in front of me
I just stop
No longer looking for good
I know it is not there
Standing in the dark,
I am scared
This was the unthinkable
This was the situation I'd never be in
Now I am here
Broken and vulnerable
I close my eyes and imagine you here
Feeling your presence
If only I could get out of this dark,
I would give you the world
But now it is your turn to pull me out
You have got to come find me
Bring me the light...
