I lie here in a bed of despair,
Hatred deep inside my veins.
My Lord hath abandoned me,
My brothers now scorn me.

My wings have changed,
What once was white, now is black
The halo has dimmed and died above my head,
The flaming sword is now a cold, platinum scythe.

Waiting now for a chance to reclaim by force
What was once mine by right,
I am forced instead to claim the Souls
Of those who are recently fallen.

My faithful Corvus, sitting lightly on my shoulder,
The now platinum Cruentus resting on my lap.
My Dark Lady sitting at my side,
The flames of my new torturing these pitiful spirits.

My Dark Prince declares he’s ready,
Our new world we will bring to our brothers.
I shall slay them with both flame and lightning,
For I am no longer truly one of them.

I now follow that greatest of the Seraphim,
And lead armies as a Fallen Prince of the Cherubim.

Wow. I'm so impressed with the wonderful way you evolved... This is the best poem I've read from you. I really love it... It looks like the darkness is really starting to embrace you completely... *Lilith*
