Silent eyes
Staring deep
Shut so tight
Trying to sleep
Silent eyes
Screaming inside
So many feelings
They're trying to hide
Silent eyes
Soft and wet
Wanting to tell
But hearing "Not yet"
Silent eyes
In a place lost and gone
So many good people
Away far too long
Silent eyes
Always looking for me
But they will find nothing
Until they learn to see
