As her curls softly undo with the wind
I slowly try to catch her
as she floats in the air
        rushing toward me
           with joy upon her face
  she screams across
      but not with words
 only with tears
         that fall
   from both of our eyes
slipping from our hearts to our faces
rushing toward the sand
 I gasp
as I finally hold her in my embrance
I'll never let her go
I shall never set this lovely dove of mine free…

never again will we be alone.
