Can't you see the undying sadness,
the tears, the pain, and the creeping madness?

The steel-clad sky which threatens to fall
and in glowing embers cover us all

Starvation, diseases, terror and fear
will end us all, for doomsday is near

There will be no battle 'tween darkness and light
for we have already lost our last fight

No Jesus will come down to save our world
though I wish he would as we're into death hurled

So try to wake up, yes open your eyes
Have one look at the world and you might realize

That prayers will do you no good anymore
Since goodness was slain in the last war

A war that was started by a cross and a sword,
A war that was fought in the name of the Lord.
