Two ships that pass by in the night
Do we dare stop and linger or
Continue gliding our own separate ways

The moonlight casts silver shadows
Along the deck, dancing and writhing
With the breeze's movements

Have you waited your whole life for this?
The day where someone completely understands
The trials and tribulations brought about

The lover's coil shall coil no more
And the serpents tail shall lash no more
Serenity takes back her hold and calms the land

The splendor of the netherworld has taken me in
Swallowed me whole and taken me in
Deep within it cracks of the imagination

Do you dare walk beside me as I walk on shells?
Do you dare follow me in the pits of a fiery hell?
Do you dare love me for who I am, and not who I seem to be?

Sensational title for it's phrasing and imagination! Would be great with dramatic music!

Incredible. Just tremendously beautiful and distinguished. Whimsical, intriguing, curious . . simply sublime.

Excellent questions.. I esp. love the very last line.. so many people need to ask that question, instead of trying to be someone they are not for a love that is so conditional.. well done. -Michael

I'd quote a line but I liked all of it so much. It has such a quiet ethereal voice to it. It's just too lovely to pick one part. *sigh* beautiful work
