What it all comes down to.

He sits up all night waiting for the light to come in

watching the clock minute by minute

the time that never ends

His eyes are all swollen and alcohol on his breath

lying dead on the couch

"is this what it's going to be like in the end"?

everything he ever had in his life, loved and now lost

from his dearest love to his kids, are now all gone

to a better place, if she could of only been strong

she gave up on life and took the kids along,

to leave him alone in a solitary mode

in a world that seems so cruel, empty, and cold.

Now theres nothing to look forward to

and no reason that you can give

for this man to rise above all and want to even live

and there's no way he'll even survive living life on his own

knowing that one day that itll all be the same when he's old

So sit back and relax and watch life wither away

there's no hope but a rope to hang yourself to decay

and every minute that your searching for will never be enough time

to change your life and make life feel so sublime.

So give up or give in it's all that he ever knew,

there's no use in trying to change the stars when your destined to loose.

So take a snooze and dream all your life away

And then say you tried to live life the good way

No more will you suffer with everyone's pain

no more will you abide the thought of growing insane,

no more rain, no more tears, no more fear

to take a look at yourself in the mirror,

You're a broken man living life with a blade to your wrist

But before you take that last step, just remember this

If you kill your self now youll die in only in sin

life is what you make it so make it the best in the end
